Being AAA grade, each and every bead has the desirable vibrant blue azurite explosion… K2 also known as “raindrop azurite” is a very intriguing lapidary material from Pakistan/Afghanistan. It features bubbly azurite spots floating against a black and white speckled background composed of quartz, sodium plagioclase, muscovite, and biotite. This extremely rare and powerful stone was discovered in the foothills of world’s second highest mountain, Mount K2, which it’s name derived from.
